Ottawa, Ontario. Melkior Resources Inc. (“Melkior“) announces amendments to the terms of its previously announced private placement offering (the “Offering”). Melkior has increased the size of the Offering by up to an additional $100,000 and the units that were initially to be issued at a price of $0.125 per unit have been re-priced at $0.10 per unit. All other terms of the Offering remain the same, see press release of Melkior dated November 8, 2011. The total Offering will now be for up to 6,000,000 units.
The proceeds from the Offering will be used by Melkior to finance exploration expenditures on its properties located in the Province of Ontario. The majority of the funds will be allocated to the following projects: Carscallen (West Timmins), Long Lac, Henderson and Shaw in Ontario.
The Offering is subject to regulatory approval.

MELKIOR ANNONCE DES MODIFICATIONS AU PLACEMENT PRIVÉ
Ottawa, Ontario. Ressources Melkior inc. (« Melkior ») annonce des modifications aux modalités du placement privé annoncé antérieurement (le « placement »). Melkior a augmenté la taille du placement d’un montant additionnel de 100 000 $ et les unités qui devaient initialement être émises à un prix de 0,125 $ l’unité le seront désormais à un prix de 0,10 $ l’unité. Toutes les autres modalités du placement demeurent inchangées, voir le communiqué en date du 8 novembre 2011. Le placement total sera désormais pour un maximum de 6 000 000 d’unités.
Le produit du placement sera affecté à la réalisation de travaux d’exploration sur les propriétés de Melkior situées en Ontario. La majorité du produit sera allouée aux projets suivants : Carscallen (Timmins Ouest), Long Lac, Henderson and Shaw en Ontario.
