Melkior Resources Inc. (TSX-V – MKR) announces the basing of administrative and technical operations in Ottawa.
Effective January 1, 2013, Melkior is pleased to announce the appointment of Sabino Di Paola CA, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Di Paola has a wide variety of auditing and accounting experience for both private and public companies.
Melkior wishes to thank Montreal based Ms. Ingrid Martin, CPA, CA, for her excellent and much appreciated contribution to Melkior as CFO and Corporate Secretary during the past seven years.
