Melkior
Resources Inc. ("Melkior")
(TSX VENTURE: MKR), is pleased to
announce that, subject to the approval of the regulatory
authorities having jurisdiction over its securities,
it has agreed to extend the term of the following:
- 1,659,999 share purchase warrants
to March 13, 2009, each one allowing its holder to
purchase one additional common share of Melkior at
a price of $0.60 per share. These outstanding share
purchase warrants were initially going to expire
on September 13, 2008;
- 590,000 share purchase warrants
to March 27, 2009, each one allowing its holder
to purchase one additional common share of Melkior
at a price of $0.60 per share. These outstanding
share purchase warrants were initially going to expire
on September 27, 2008;
- 1,578,947 share purchase
warrants to May 8, 2009, each one allowing its
holder to purchase one additional common share of
Melkior at a price of $0.60 per share. These outstanding
share purchase warrants were initially going to
expire on November 8, 2008; |
